Room Parent - Room Parents play a key role in communicating and organizing classroom parties and events, sending staff favorites lists, or helping their classroom teacher with other miscellaneous needs. They also assist in sending communication from the PTO to their classroom parents. This position is primarily done through email communication. If you would like to be a room parent please reach out to your classroom teacher or email info@ssepto.com.

Staff Appreciation - Help with set-up and tear down of Staff Appreciation meals or teacher conference snacks during conference week.

Silent Auction - Join our team in procuring donations from local businesses (spas, gyms, kids' places, restaurants, etc.) as well as items from our school community. This position is primarily done through email communication.

Carnival - Help plan an execute this one-day event. Assist with set-up, tear-down, running water and snacks to volunteers, running games or helping in the prize room.

Business Sponsor Coordinator - Reach out to local businesses to see if they would like to be a PTO Sponsor

Director of Annual Giving - Help parents find out which companies offer corporate match programs. Keep a list of these companies, share with SSE families, and help guide parents on how to request a match from their employers. This position is primarily done through email communication.
